Job responsibilities:
1. Select and maintain recruitment channels, expand new recruitment channels, publish recruitment advertisements, participate in various recruitment fairs, collect and summarize application materials, arrange interviewers, track and implement interviewers, etc;
2. Be responsible for the comprehensive management of employees' entry, resignation, employment confirmation, job transfer, social security accumulation fund and so on;
3. Responsible for monthly employee attendance accounting, comprehensive management of welfare, social insurance, etc
4. Be responsible for the management of employee information system and archives
5. Be responsible for the management of labor risks and labor disputes
6. Assist the superior to plan and organize League building activities, deal with employee relations and enhance the cohesion of the company;
7. Be responsible for formulating, supervising and implementing the company's management rules and regulations, administrative and personnel management systems and work processes
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in human resource management; At least 2 years related working experience
2. Familiar with relevant national labor laws and regulations, familiar with human resource management workflow and operation mode;
3. Strong adaptability, internal and external communication skills and interpersonal skills;
4. Familiar with all kinds of office software, especially excel, PPT, etc.
